The Butter Brewer features a removable non-stick four quart pot and a removable automated stirring paddle with presets for butter, oil, and tinctures. Its primary intended use is for making infusions, but it has the versatility to handle many other cooking/heating tasks as well. The Butter Brewer holds more volume than the competition, and it can also do less volume as there is no minimum fill line. Infuse your butters and oils perfectly every time, with minimal effort. Create delicious infused butter for toast, baking, or cooking with the Butter Brewer DIY Butter Infusion Maker. This automated brewer is intended for making flavor infusions, but can also handle other various cooking and heating tasks. The machine features a slow stirrer paddle instead of an immersion blender to keep infusion materials intact, which results in fewer particles in the finished product. When the butter is done infusing, filter out the materials through the included bottom mesh strainer bag. A front panel on the machine has options to adjust the temperature, time, mixing intervals, and mixing duration as well as specific settings for butter and oils to create your ideal infusion. A DIY feature supports cooking cycles up to 48 hours, so you can infuse butter while you go about your day.
